The products were really good
I order many products from plum as I have been using it for past few years. 2 of them were broken and seal was open . I wrote an email to their [****] and to their grievances officer as well . They are keep sending me a sunscreen which is filled with soframicn antiseptic cream and the seal is broken. It is not a cheap product I paid over 2k for entire order. It’s been over 4 months now and it’s not been fixed I have twitted the same but PLUM doesn’t care about customer and their reputation at all. Kindly don’t buy anything from this brand . Better not to play with your skin . If someone tries to reach out to me regarding this review kindly don’t ask for any pictures as I have a very detailed chain main sent to your official website and to the consumer court as well. I will not stop until I get my money back from these frauds
